Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) activities, with proven experience in project governance, reporting, project planning, portfolio management, and financial tracking.
• Supports project management office activities, tracks project metrics, and assists in reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, prepare dashboards, and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate project governance meetings and provide administrative support to project managers.
• Facilitate reporting on the project plan and milestones on the selected Project Management tool.
• Assist in identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution.
• Support with the definition of the detailed Project Plan with detailed schedules of activities, milestones, and deliverables of the project team
• Drive portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and metrics to inform executive decision-making.
• Create and implement the Financial Tracking process.

• The opportunitie is remote but the candidate must already be based in Portugal.
