This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon, requiring two days per week on-site. The position is suited to a mature Salesforce professional with strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of platform best practices, and the leadership skills required to guide developers and support high-quality delivery. 8+ years Full Time Hybrid Lisbon (Portugal) €32,000–€37,000 gross per year Salary Range* Job No. 845

Key Responsibilities

Take end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements within Salesforce and related functional domains. Produce clear functional and technical specifications. Deliver Salesforce configuration and parameterisation in line with requirements and established standards. Develop the integrations and interfaces included within the project scope. Execute unit tests, analyse defects, and implement corrective fixes. Define and review test cases. Support technical decision-making and promote Salesforce development best practices. Guide and motivate developers throughout implementation and delivery.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations. Hands-on experience creating unit tests, analysing defects, and resolving bugs. Good knowledge of Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience using JavaScript and HTML to customise templates, troubleshoot campaign behaviour, and ensure appropriate rendering across browsers. Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards and platform best practices. Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a development team. English proficiency at B2 level or above, written and spoken.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.

Salary & Benefits

Gross annual salary: €32,000–€37,000*, depending on experience and suitability for the role. Meal allowance. Flexible benefits package. Extra day off on your birthday.
