This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon, requiring two days per week on-site. The position is ideal for a senior Salesforce professional with deep technical expertise, strong leadership maturity, and a solid understanding of Salesforce development standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of the design, implementation, and unit testing of Salesforce requirements. Produce clear functional and technical documentation. Deliver Salesforce configuration and customisation aligned with business requirements and internal standards. Develop and maintain integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem. Execute unit tests, analyse defects, and implement appropriate fixes. Define and review test cases to support high-quality deliverables. Guide developers and contribute to strong technical standards across the team. Support technical decision-making and promote Salesforce development best practices.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Strong experience developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations. Hands-on experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing. Solid knowledge of Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience using JavaScript and HTML to customise templates, troubleshoot application behaviour, and support appropriate rendering across browsers. Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards and platform best practices. Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers. Strong communication and collaboration skills. English proficiency at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. Salesforce Certified Application Architect. Salesforce Certified System Architect. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Salary & Benefits

Gross annual salary: €36,000–€45,000*, depending on experience and suitability for the role. Meal allowance. Flexible benefits package. Extra day off on your birthday.
