This position acts as the key point of contact for VIP guests, members, and high-profile clients, maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality, discretion, and service excellence aligned with the JNcQUOI brand.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience;
• Manage VIP guests and special requests with discretion and attention to detail;
• Coordinate with restaurant, bar, and beach teams to ensure service excellence;
