Your Mission

• Curate and manage an exceptional wine list that seamlessly complements our diverse Asian-inspired menu.
• Guide guests through unique wine selections, offering expert recommendations that enhance their culinary adventure.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to identify and create innovative food and wine pairings that surprise and delight.
• Offer seamless, high-end service with a warm, confident approach, ensuring an unparalleled dining experience.
• Maintain an impeccably organized cellar and service area, always performance-ready.

We Want Someone Who Is

• Passionate about viticulture and the art of pairing, with a keen interest in wines that complement Asian flavors.
• Experienced in high-end or fusion restaurants, demonstrating a sophisticated palate and service acumen.
• Creative, knowledgeable, and customer-focused, able to tell the story behind each bottle.
• Fluent in English (other languages a bonus), for engaging with our international clientele.
