Cybersecurity (IAM Specialist)
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of a globally deployed IAM system and maintaining its standards.
- Reviewing and continuously improving IAM standards and guidelines.
- Defining and executing the IAM roadmap in alignment with business and security needs.
- Managing and coordinating both the operations and development teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Reviewing and approving change requests, including thorough validation of test documentation.
- Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing IAM-related topics and projects.
- Acting as the primary contact for audit-related inquiries, including financial and compliance audits.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing IAM systems in a global enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, standards, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to assess and prioritize technical and strategic initiatives effectively.
- Familiarity with audit processes and requirements, particularly in regulated industries.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
About the team
The Cyber Defense Center ensures the protection of confidential data, integrity of systems, and availability of information assets for MAN Truck & Bus, our customers, and suppliers. The team is also responsible for safeguarding critical information across all business processes, ensuring the foundation of secure operations across MAN Truck & Bus products and services.
