About the Role

As a Clinical Education Representative, you will support the successful implementation and use of Essity’s healthcare solutions by delivering high-quality clinical education and training programs. Working closely with customers across Portugal, you will help healthcare professionals enhance their knowledge in areas such as continence care, hygiene, wound care, and patient well-being.

This is a field-based role with a strong customer focus, combining clinical expertise, relationship management, and commercial awareness. You will collaborate with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored educational support, and identify opportunities to help them achieve better patient outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Clinical Education: Deliver engaging educational programs, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals on the effective use of Essity products and solutions.
• Customer Support: Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and support customers throughout the implementation and adoption of TENA Solutions and UMP Protocol programs.
• Needs Assessment: Identify customer challenges and learning needs, recommending appropriate educational and clinical support initiatives.
• Account Development: Contribute to customer account plans by identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and increase product utilization.
• Field Engagement: Maintain a strong presence in the field to gather insights, understand market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Product Expertise: Act as a trusted clinical resource by maintaining in-depth knowledge of Essity’s healthcare portfolio and the impact on patient outcomes.
• Commercial Collaboration: Support discussions and negotiations with customers to deliver mutually beneficial solutions and sustainable partnerships.

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse qualification or equivalent healthcare-related degree.
• Previous experience in clinical education, nursing, healthcare training, medical devices, healthcare solutions, or a customer-facing healthcare role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical practices, adult learning principles, and healthcare product applications; comfortable using digital tools and blended learning methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with willingness to travel regularly across Portugal.

This full-time position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with a remote sales working model and regular travel to customer locations. You will join an experienced and collaborative team dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals and improving the quality of care for patients across the country.
