We're building something new at Nimber and you could be leading it.

Nimber is a boutique tech consultancy based in Lisbon, delivering solutions for critical and regulated environments. Now, we're creating a brand new AI-powered outsourcing division and we're looking for someone bold enough to build it from the ground up.

What you'll do:

• Lead and shape our AI-driven service offering
• Design the strategy, processes, and service portfolio for this new business line
• Work directly with top-tier clients (including banking, payments, and tech) to deliver high-impact AI use cases
• Recruit and mentor a team of tech consultants and AI specialists
• Be the face of Nimber's AI transformation in the market

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in IT consulting, or managed services
• Hands-on knowledge of AI solutions (automation, copilots, LLMs, RPA, ML models)
• Strong leadership and business development skills
• Ability to work in English
• Entrepreneurial mindset — this is a build from scratch role
