Responsible AI Literacy & Enablement Manager

WHAT WILL YOU DO
The Manager, Responsible AI Literacy & Enablement will lead enterprise efforts to ensure Amgen colleagues can understand and apply responsible, ethical, and compliant AI practices in their day-to-day work. This role focuses on two core areas:
- Responsible AI literacy: Designing and scaling a layer of enterprise learning focused on responsible use, governance, and risk and regulatory awareness, complementing existing AI literacy efforts focused on AI fundamentals and adoption.
- Enablement: Reimagining how Responsible AI and governance guidance is delivered so that employees can access and apply the right rules, expectations, and guidance at the point of need, not just through static documents or training.
