PwC Services Portugal (PSP) is a joint venture between PwC Luxembourg and PwC Portugal, serving as an integral extension of PwC Luxembourg. Our growing team operates as an acceleration center supporting PwC Luxembourg’s clients. Leveraging a unique pool of talented professionals based in Matosinhos, our operating model ensures scalability, consistency, and quality in service delivery by integrating seamlessly into PwC Luxembourg’s operations and addressing talent attraction challenges sustainably. PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation). About the Role

We are a multi-disciplinary and international team specialised in policy strategy, design and implementation for governments and international organisations. We are looking for a consultant with competencies in strategic and policy communications, including marketing. Assignments in the field of economic development and trade have an angle of innovation, investment, technology and sustainability. Experience in international business growth, market acceleration and innovation management are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communications strategy and planning
• Digital content creation and online campaign management, including digital and online marketing
• Public relations, stakeholder engagement
• Events design, management, execution
• Market research and analysis and reporting
• Project management support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years relevant work experience
• Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Journalism, Business, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Marketing and Communications, International Relations, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, Innovation, Product Development and Industrial Design
• High proficiency with any of the following content creation and design tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Video editing and design (e.g. Capcut), including composite image generation
• Native-level proficiency in English
• High proficiency with MS Office tools: Powerpoint, Excel, Word and PowerBI
• High proficiency with at least one social media analytics and one social media management tool: Google Analytics, Matomo, Sprout Social, HubSpot, HootSuite, Zoho
• High proficiency with at least one events and community platform
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
