Field Marketing Manager

Marketing, Comunicação & DesignComercialMarketingSénior

POSITION SUMMARY

Broadvoice makes cloud communications (UCaaS and CCaaS) that help businesses connect with their customers. We're growing in Portugal and need someone to own our field marketing there from day one.

This is not a job where you run someone else's playbook. You'll write the strategy, control the budget, and put your name on the results. You'll recruit new partners, get existing partners selling, fill the pipeline with qualified customers, and run events that start real sales conversations. When a program works, you'll put more money into it. When it doesn't, you'll change it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the plan. Write the annual field marketing strategy for Portugal, set quarterly targets with Sales, and decide where the budget goes.
  • Grow through partners. Recruit and activate channel partners through co-marketing, joint webinars, marketing development funds, and incentive programs you design and test.
  • Create demand. Run integrated campaigns aimed at priority accounts and industries, and work with Account Managers to grow business with existing customers.
  • Run events that pay off. Pick the right events, then handle everything from invitations and meetings through lead capture and follow-up. You'll manage the venues, suppliers, and agencies too.
  • Work as Sales' marketing partner. Work closely with our Regional Channel Manager and Account Managers. Agree on how leads are qualified and handed off, and give Sales and partners what they need to close.
  • Show the numbers. Track every lead through to pipeline and revenue, report on ROI, and keep improving how we plan and measure.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or partner marketing, ideally in tech or SaaS
  • A record of building pipeline through a mix of channels: digital, partners, and events
  • Experience owning programs from planning through measurement, including managing the budget
  • Experience working with Sales on shared targets
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM and marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Fluent Portuguese, professional English, and the ability to adapt global messaging for Portugal
  • Willingness to travel, mostly within Portugal
