ESG Senior Advisor

About the role...

This is a full-time ESG Senior role located in Lisbon or OPorto. The ESG Senior Advisor will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies to address clients' business issues. With a specific focus on areas such as Renewable Energy / Circularity and transversal ESG programs, this ESG Senior Advisor will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to deliver on sustainability initiatives and report on the progress of ESG efforts in a cross sectoral perspective.

You must have...

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field such as Industrial Management; Business Management; Engineering, Sustainability Studies or related;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sustainability, ESG strategy, or related fields;
• Deep knowledge of global ESG standards and regulations with a particular focus on energy, renewable markets and decarbonization;
• Deep knowledge of global ESG standards and regulations with a particular focus on circularity, industrial symbiosis, lifecycle analysis and product sustainability;
• Experience in sustainability reporting frameworks and benchmark reporting such as ESRS, SFDR, European Taxonomy, SLL, GRI, CDP, or SASB;
• Proven success in developing and implementing ESG programs.

You must be...

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
