Enterprise Account Executive (Spanish Speaking)

What you'll be doing

• Owning enterprise deals end to end - sourcing the opportunity, winning the deal, getting the customer live, and expanding the account long term
• Selling the full Revolut Business platform: multi-currency accounts, payment acceptance, corporate card issuing and spend management, foreign exchange, and global money movement
• Building data-driven business cases that quantify financial impact, operational efficiency, and long-term value
• Navigating large organisations - aligning legal, procurement, security, and finance stakeholders across multiple markets to bring deals to close
• Partnering with Product, Operations, and Product Sales to deliver an exceptional launch for every customer
• Running a disciplined pipeline and an accurate forecast - holding yourself to your number
• Channelling customer feedback and market insight into how we build our products and how we go to market
• Representing Revolut Business at industry events and writing the playbooks that scale the entire team

What you'll need

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in payments, banking, or fintech
• Deep understanding of payments, treasury, FX, acquiring, issuing, or broader financial infrastructure
• Credibility with senior finance leaders, and the fluency to engage them on their terms
• A track record of quota overachievement on multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
• Strong commercial acumen: you understand customer business models, spot the opportunity, and build financial cases you can defend number by number
• Sharp analytical skills and genuine curiosity: payments and banking is a deep, technical industry, and the best people here master it fast
• Self-direction: you don't wait for instructions - you generate your own pipeline and build a territory from scratch
• A builder's mindset: you're at your best before the playbook exists
• Flexibility to travel internationally
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Spanish

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with enterprise finance, treasury, or payments decision-makers
• Experience managing global enterprise accounts across multiple markets
• Experience launching a product or sales motion in a new market
• Fluency in multiple languages
