API Enterprise Sales Executive (German-Speaking)

What you'll need

• 4+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or payments
• Knowledge of selling API-based solutions and products, like card issuing and payouts
• A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas within ambitious and fast-paced sales environments
• Experience creating partnerships with third-party companies to launch B2B services
• Curiosity and the ability to learn quickly and to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and German

Nice to have

• Experience in a reputable, high-growth startup
• A network of business partners relevant to our payments features
• Fluency in other languages

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN9,900 - PLN21,700 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN9,900 - PLN21,700 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
