What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of business requirements, from initial analysis and specification through to delivery and user validation. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and product teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve data quality, system integration, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in the evolution of complex data ecosystems, supporting initiatives focused on data integration, process optimization, and digital transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy bridging the gap between business and technology while driving meaningful change through data-driven solutions.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs in Agile environments.
• Analyze existing business processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among cross-functional teams.
• Define testing strategies and coordinate validation activities.
• Design and execute Integration System Testing (IST) scenarios, particularly for data flows and APIs.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful business validation.
• Monitor and manage defects using appropriate tracking tools.
• Perform data analysis to identify inconsistencies, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure solution traceability from requirements through testing and implementation.
• Contribute to the successful delivery and adoption of digital transformation initiatives.
