About the job

The AI Senior Developer’s mission is to contribute to the functional and application related consistency of the IT solution and ensure the development of our fast-growing Generative AI tools and applications. The Developer must perform activities within the Generative AI framework of projects that blend traditional back‑end development with cutting‑edge Large Language Model (LLM) and Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) technologies. This role requires a highly collaborative mindset, agile methodologies and strong problem-solving skills to a ever challenging and trending such as AI and Deep Learning.

Your Main Activities Are

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Python back‑end services for.
• Participate in the full agile lifecycle: technical analysis, documentation, code reviews, and sprint delivery.
• Integrate and fine‑tune AI/ML models (LLMs) into production systems.
• Support the AI platform’s reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with infrastructure, DevOps, and User Interface (UI) teams (React/Angular/Vue) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical, functional, or organizational issues.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Developer preferably in Python.
• Backend Development experience (for example, Django or FastAPI).
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral.
• Ability to collaborate / teamwork.
• Rigor and attention to detail.
• Personal impact / ability to influence.
