Brand Ambassador (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Interacting with the general public, attending public events, promoting the brand on TV or radio
• Offer an exceptional customer service to our clients with the ability to transmit brand’s values

JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent Boca do Lobo and promote our products and services.

If you enjoy communicating with customers both online and offline, we would like to meet you. To be a successful Brand Ambassador, you will need to attend international trade shows and events to showcase our brand.

You should also be an excellent social media user, with the ability to advertise our products and answer client queries online

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role
• Proficient in foreign languages
• Strong social media presence on multiple platforms
• Experience creating online content
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional attitude
• Experience in retail sales
• BSc in Marketing or relevant degre

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings
• Assisting in content creation (ie. writing blogs, newsletters, product reviews, etc.)
• Participating in event marketing
• Generating brand awareness through marketing strategies
• Providing feedback and insight on new products/services to our stakeholders

• Promoting the brand via brands social media accounts
