PHC Hotels

PHC Hotels, Portuguese Hospitality Collection Is a Portuguese hotel management company with a distinctive portfolio in the heart of Lisbon, built on Portuguese soul, global excellence and human hospitality. Rooted in the authenticity of Portuguese hospitality and shaped by an international outlook, PHC Hotels manages a curated collection of hotels, restaurants, bars and guest experiences, each with its own identity, history and sense of place. Our portfolio includes some of Lisbon’s most emblematic hospitality addresses: Hotel Mundial, an icon of the city since 1958; Convent Square Lisbon Hotel, Vignette Collection, a 13th-century convent reimagined for the 21st-century traveller and part of IHG’s Vignette Collection; Portugal Boutique Hotel, an intimate boutique hotel inspired by Portuguese identity; and My Suite Lisbon Serviced Apartments, a discreet retreat in Príncipe Real designed for a more independent way to experience the city. As a management company, PHC Hotels creates value by preserving the individuality of each property while strengthening synergies across the portfolio, from brand positioning and commercial strategy to guest experience, operational excellence, sustainability and talent development. We believe that meaningful hospitality begins with people. Our culture is built on care, recognition, continuous development and a shared sense of purpose, creating an environment where teams can grow, contribute and shape experiences that guests remember. At a time of transformation and international connection, PHC Hotels continues to honour Portuguese heritage while elevating the future of hospitality through responsible growth, trusted partnerships and a deeply human approach to service.
