Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics improvement initiatives focused on service levels, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency, involving Inbound and Outbound teams in the execution.
- Define and implement new processes, driving digitalization, AI-based solutions, automation, and simplification of administrative activities.
- Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and procedures.
- Analyze logistics KPIs and help identify improvement opportunities.
- Plan and execute daily outbound transport activities to ensure smooth logistics operations, following established logistics standards and processes.
- Coordinate transport schedules and support the resolution of operational planning issues.
- Prepare reports and support data analysis for operational decision-making.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics execution.
