Transformation Consultant

Support execution of initiatives within the Efficient Quality workstream of the transformation program, whose scope has increased with the review of processes in cross-functional areas of the company. Responsibilities include supporting the definition of target solutions, developing requirements, monitoring development progress, supporting the hypercare of delivered solutions, the associated change management and the verification of impact. This includes supporting initiative owners and process areas in day-to-day execution, data collection and analysis, and progress reporting.
