Technology Transformation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in translating business priorities and technology challenges into actionable strategies, transformation initiatives, and implementation roadmaps

• Assess existing business processes, technology landscapes, enterprise architectures, and IT operating models, identifying improvement opportunities and developing structured recommendations

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate technology capabilities, operational performance, costs, risks, and potential business value

• Contribute to the definition of target-state solutions, operating models, transformation initiatives, and implementation plans

• Prepare client presentations, analytical models, and project deliverables, supporting workshops, stakeholder discussions, and decision-makinh

• Take ownership of assigned analyses and work packages, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Contribute to digital foundations and technology modernization assessments, including applications, enterprise platforms, data, cloud, infrastructure, and technology architecture

• Support the planning, coordination, and governance of technology transformation initiatives, including milestones, risks, dependencies, implementation readiness, and progress toward expected business outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or related fields

• Typically 3+ years of relevant professional experience in technology consulting, advisory, technology project management, or transformation initiatives

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations

• Good understanding of enterprise technology environments, business processes, and the role of technology in enabling business transformation

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders

• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and their potential to improve business performance and technology effectiveness

• Fluent in Portuguese and English
