Technical Success Engineer SW

And we're now one of the fastest growing tech scale-ups in Europe. We are in search of a Technical Success Engineer to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of our solutions while serving as a technical expert for customer success initiatives. Fair warning: we're scaling fast and the data and reporting capabilities are scaling with us. You'll often need to pull from multiple systems and build the picture yourself before you can analyse it. If you need everything pre-structured to do good work, this isn't the role.

What you’ll be doing

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, bridging the gap between client needs and engineering teams.
• Influence the implementation of Bloq.it's solutions for new and existing customers, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively monitor every data available to ensure customer success.
• Create and Apply mitigations to fleet wide detected issues.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on the solution’s architecture, APIs, and overall functionality.
• Develop and improve processes to streamline delivery, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Support customers post-sales by troubleshooting
