A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Provide technical and clinical

• expertise: Act as a trusted technical partner to healthcare professionals, leveraging strong product and procedural knowledge and building effective relationships with key stakeholders

• Deliver education and training:

• Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring optimal product knowledge, application and clinical practice

• Drive clinical education initiatives:

• Organize and coordinate educational activities, workshops, hands-on training sessions and proctoring programs

• Support product adoption and

• utilization: Demonstrate the clinical and technical value of Medtronic's neurovascular portfolio, supporting the successful adoption and appropriate use of our technologies

• Provide field support: Deliver

• on-site technical support, clinical consultation and troubleshooting in hospitals and other healthcare settings, including support during product evaluations, demonstrations and implementation

• Support digital and remote

• solutions: Provide training and technical guidance on relevant digital solutions and telemedicine applications.

• Collaborate with commercial teams:

• Work closely with Sales Representatives and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, support account development and contribute to the achievement of business objectives

• Represent Medtronic externally: Participate

• in national and international conferences, congresses and scientific events, promoting knowledge exchange and strengthening Medtronic's presence within the neurovascular community

• Monitor and report activities:

• Maintain accurate records of field activities, customer feedback and technical issues, providing regular reports and relevant insights to management

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Radiography

• or Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering or a related healthcare or scientific discipline

• At least 3 years

• of professional experience in a healthcare environment, preferably within a hospital or medical device industry

• Strong interest in neurovascular

• therapies and a passion for the technical and clinical aspects of interventional neuroradiology

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and

• presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders

• Fluency in Portuguese and

• English, with a good command of Spanish.

• Strong organizational, planning and

• prioritization skills, combined with the flexibility to manage a geographically dispersed territory

• Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented

• approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team

• Good knowledge of standard

• IT and communication tools, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Salesforce

• Willingness and availability to

• travel regularly across Portugal and Spain
