What youll do:

• Hunt down top IT talent across Europe (without being creepy, please)
• Craft messages that dont feel like spam (we believe in good vibes, not cold DMs)
• Conduct interviews with empathy, curiosity, and the occasional joke
• Work side-by-side with a super chill, super sharp team that actually cares
• Help us grow the coolest startup in town

What were looking for:

• Some experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house were not picky)
• Great communication skills and a nose for potential
• Someone who loves startups, chaos (the fun kind), and building things from scratch
• Passion for tech (even if you dont code yet)
