About the job

Acknowledge and follow up all requests from clients, either for relief at source or reclaim purpose, create and prepare fiscal documentation whenever enhanced offer is in place for such clients and perform the necessary validations on the system and if applicable, communicate it to our custodian network. Assure that clients receive their payments or reclaim refunds according to the eligible market rules and their instructions

Ensure the timely and accurate treatment of client's tax documentation and queries related to the tax and income activity. Participate in activities or projects relating to business development

Your Main Activities Are

• Validate tax documentation provided by clients according to each market rule
• Control and assure correct taxation is applied on income payments
• Process cash reclaim refunds and assure accurate follow up and update of accountancy breaks and movements
• Report any risks or errors to line manager identified during daily tasks
• Contribute to procedure updates and business improvements
• Respect the established Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and deadlines
• Create, prepare and sent to Tax Authorities the fiscal documentation if dealing with enhanced offer clients
• Manage email inboxes, phone calls and follow-up of tax and income requests within the global and local custody activity
• Extract the relevant information from the systems and perform the reconciliation and the necessary controls
• Prepare and update procedures related to tax and income activity in line with management validation
• Draw up and deliver client presentations (when applicable)
• Provide information about investment markets and their procedures in relation to the services offered, and provide regular information to the client
• Prepare and send reports to clients, ensuring an uplifting service to clients at a desired level

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or other related areas
• Advanced English level
