The Role – Solution Architect | SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering SAP Cloud transformation programs, helping organizations redesign their business processes and leverage the full potential of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

We are particularly interested in professionals with strong expertise in Finance, while experience in Sales and Sourcing & Procurement is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud transformations.
• Define end-to-end business process architectures aligned with client strategic objectives and SAP best practices.
• Act as the trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing guidance on SAP Cloud capabilities, fit-to-standard approaches, and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive solution governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with architecture principles.
• Lead discovery, fit-to-standard, and solution design workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Design scalable and integrated solutions across Finance, Sales, Procurement, and adjacent business domains.
• Collaborate with technical, integration, data, and change management teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Review functional and technical designs, ensuring compliance with SAP Public Cloud standards and extensibility principles.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and automation through SAP Cloud capabilities.
• Mentor consultants and functional leads, contributing to the growth and development of the ERP Cloud practice.

Qualifications:

• You successfully completed your degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• You have 6+ years of professional experience in SAP ERP transformation and implementation projects.
• You have extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud solutions.
• You have strong expertise in business process design and solution architecture.
• You possess functional knowledge in one or more of the following domains: Finance (preferred); Sales; Sourcing & Procurement.
• You have experience leading workshops and engaging with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• You have a strong understanding of SAP Best Practices, Fit-to-Standard methodology, and Clean Core principles.
• You have proven experience designing integrated end-to-end ERP solutions.
• You have strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• You have at least one SAP certification, preferably related to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• You have full working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel.
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certifications.
• Experience acting as Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, or Stream Lead on large-scale transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), integrations, and extensibility concepts.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Exposure to SAP Signavio, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other SAP business transformation solutions.
• Experience in international and multi-country SAP deployments.
