Software Engineer Tech Lead

About the role

The IT advisory consultants work closely with our clients across several geographies and multiple industries to deliver mission critical, scalable, and robust cloud-native solutions that are designed using an event-driven microservices architecture, having Apache® Kafka and event streaming at its core.

To join our team

You must have...

• BA/BSc Degree in Engineer, Technology or similar;
• At least five years’ experience of working as a full Stack Developer with two years’ accumulating with tech leading role – mandatory;
• Prior experience working in a relevant IT role or a delivery role using relevant technologies (javaEE, SpringBoot, Maven/Gradle, NodeJS, Angular, kafka, Docker & Kubernetes, MySQL & MongoDB);
• Strong knowledge of event-driven microservices architectures supported by prior experience both on design and delivery of solutions based on these architectures and patterns;
• Ability to read and comprehend business requirements and deliver both high-level design suitable detailed solution design deliverables;
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile Software Development Methodologies;
• English Fluency | you’ll be dealing and working with other member firms and international clients hence, English proficiency is a must.
