We are looking for a senior Showrunner / Executive Producer to lead the creative vision and development of original YouTube entertainment shows for a globally recognized beauty brand. The ambition is to create original, recurring entertainment formats that feel native to YouTube, engage audiences beyond the brand's existing community, and encourage viewers to return for every episode. In this role, you will take full ownership of the creative vision, show concepts, and format development, making key decisions about what gets produced, how it is executed, and when it is ready for delivery. You will have final creative sign-off before content is presented to the brand. You will lead and direct an established external production agency, providing creative briefs, reviewing concepts, scripts, casting, visual direction, and edits, and ensuring every production meets the agreed creative standards. You will also use YouTube performance data, audience insights, and your understanding of creator culture to develop engaging formats, refine existing shows, and balance entertainment value with brand objectives. A strong background in YouTube entertainment, recurring show formats, and creative leadership is essential. Experience in gaming, creator culture, and youth entertainment is highly desirable, while experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is an advantage but not a requirement.
