CHALLENGE

We are looking for a dynamic professional with a passion for fashion to join our PR team as a Showroom & PR Assistant. In this role, you will play an active part in the daily management of showroom activities, product selections and samples, while contributing to PR initiatives, events and relationships with agencies, KOLs and other partners.

Working closely with Design, Product and Content teams, you will help ensure that the product featured across PR initiatives is aligned with Parfois’ brand image and product strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate monthly lookbooks and support product selections in collaboration with Design, Product and Content teams;

• Manage product requests and ensure the organization and daily operation of the showroom;

• Coordinate the preparation, shipment, tracking and return of samples for PR agencies, KOLs and other partners;

• Follow up on international shipments, delivery timelines and customs processes when applicable;

• Support the selection and preparation of looks for events and press days;

• Participate in the organization and execution of PR events and other brand initiatives;

• Support relationships and coordination with PR agencies, KOLs and other external partners;

• Ensure PR and showroom-related information is updated and organized.

PROFILE

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion or similar;

• Previous experience in a similar role is required;

• Strong interest in fashion, trends and product;

• Good organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail;

• Proactive, hands-on and team-oriented mindset;

• Good English level, both spoken and written;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
