Senior UI/UX Designer - Digital Platform

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer – AI to help define the next generation of intelligent experiences across Intermedia's products. In this role, you will design experiences that make artificial intelligence useful, intuitive, trustworthy, and approachable for business users. You will work at the intersection of UX strategy, interaction design, generative AI, conversational experiences, and enterprise software, turning sophisticated AI capabilities into simple experiences that solve real customer problems.

You will partner closely with the following teams throughout the complete product lifecycle—from customer and market research through concepts, prototyping, development, launch, and post-launch analysis: - Product Managers - Product Owners - AI/ML teams - Engineering - Research - Other designers

This is not simply a role for adding AI features to existing interfaces. You will help define how users interact with AI across our products, including: - copilots - assistants - conversational interfaces - recommendations - summarization - intelligent automation - agentic experiences
