Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Full Stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH.
Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta Authorization Server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access control.
Define frontend engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
Drive technical discussions with architects.
Produce Architecture Decision Records and contribute to long term technical roadmaps.
Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the full technology stack.
Lead code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and Snyk.
Mentor junior and mid level engineers.
Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials.
