In Lisbon, we bring together experts in IT, administration, project management and HR to collaborate in an agile, international environment and create smart, scalable solutions.

Your tasks

• Collaborate in agile team with Product Owner, Project Management, Solution Architects and other developers.
• Analyze technical requirements and create solution designs aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement customizations in Dynamics 365; configure entities, forms, workflows and business rules.
• Develop and maintain solutions using C# / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, and Power Platform components.
• Build and optimize integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Refactoring the existing application to align it with the latest standards.

Your profile

Technical Expertise: - Over 6 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Insights, using modern frameworks and best practices. - Strong technical expertise in C# / .NET and JavaScript / TypeScript, combined with practical customization of Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, business rules). - Skilled in Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and automation) and building integrations with REST APIs, Azure Functions and Service Bus. - Proficient in DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automation, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments. - Experienced in solution design and requirements analysis, applying design patterns, security principles and software development best practices.

Soft-Skills: - Collaborative and proactive team player, with strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and a high sense of responsibility and independence. - Familiar with agile methodologies, thriving in dynamic environments and maintaining effective communication across teams.

Languages: - English C1 level (written / spoken) - Portuguese and/or German are a plus
