ENBW IT SOLUTIONS, UNIPESSOAL LDA, a wholly owned subsidiary of EnBW, operates as an integral part of EnBW's IT division. In Lisbon, we bring together experts in IT, administration, project management and HR to collaborate in an agile, international environment and create smart, scalable solutions.

Your tasks

• Develop and implement a local communications strategy for EnBW IT Solutions Portugal.
• Position EnBW IT Solutions Portugal as relevant technology player in the Portuguese market.
• Translate corporate brand and communication strategies into impactful local initiatives.
• Plan, manage, and execute communication activities that support visibility, employee engagement, and business growth.
• Lead and coordinate external agencies and communication partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, technology communities, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop local content strategies for corporate communications, and internal communications.
• Advise local leadership on communication, branding, and reputation-related topics.
• Collaborate closely with Employer Branding, Recruiting, Corporate Communications and Brand in Germany.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and communication developments to identify opportunities and recommend actions.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building and positioning business units, or company locations.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Experience working within international and cross-functional environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English; German is an advantage.
• Experience in the technology, IT, or digital sector is highly desirable.

About the department

You will join our growing IT hub in Lisbon, which is currently in a ramp-up and scaling phase. The hub takes over IT services and capabilities from existing delivery organisations and external partners, while also building new services directly on site. The hub is being built and scaled with a strong focus on collaboration, sustainable growth and high-performing teams.

EnBW IT Solutions Portugal is an important and growing part of EnBW’s IT landscape. To strengthen the local presence and establish the company as an attractive employer and recognized technology hub, we are looking for a professional who can drive strategic positioning and communication activities in the Portuguese market while closely collaborating with the headquarters for communication, brand and employer brand in Germany.
