What makes your job special:

• Analysis of existing business processes and development of innovative solutions for our clients in the financial industry (banks & asset managers).
• Implementation of digitalisation initiatives, as well as requirements engineering, conceptualising, designing and optimising business processes – with the aim of translating digital and AI-driven approaches into practical, value-adding solutions for clients.
• Specification of banking solutions (business concepts, user stories).
• Communication and coordination with business units, interdisciplinary project teams, and other project stakeholders.

What we want from you:

• At least three years professional and project experience at a consulting firm, a bank or in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and requirements.
• Excellent methodological skills in business analysis, requirements engineering and project management as well as the ability to effectively apply and further develop modern digital and AI-enabled solutions.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Finance or a comparable field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level).
