• Providing methodical coaching to project team members in the roles of Product Owner and cross-functional developers (such as software developers, business analysts and UX designers)
• Promoting agile values and principles across projects
• Designing and overseeing agile processes within and beyond the team

What we want from you

• At least three years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer in supporting agile change processes in software development
• Expertise in the methodology of complex IT projects
• Knowledge of Scrum and other methodologies such as Kanban or SAFe, ideally complemented by initial exposure to AI-powered tools, along with the ability to apply modern digital and AI-enabled ways of working effectively and responsibly within agile teams
• Desirable: Project methodology, Scrum Master and/or SAFe/Nexus certification and a background in software development
• Ideally experience in the financial sector
• University degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level)
