The role – SAP ABAP Leader

As an SAP ABAP Leader, you will play a key leadership role in driving the successful delivery of SAP transformation initiatives, helping clients maximize the value of their SAP investments. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative ABAP solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments, while guiding teams, shaping technical strategy, and ensuring delivery excellence across projects. Beyond hands-on technical expertise, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing ABAP professionals, establishing development standards and best practices, and acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to define solution roadmaps, address complex challenges, and align SAP capabilities with strategic business objectives.
