As a Receptionist Tournant at JNcQUOI House, you are the adaptable face of our hospitality, ensuring continuous excellence and unwavering consistency across all Front Desk shifts. With versatility, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail, you transform check-ins into memorable moments and ensure every guest feels instantly at home, regardless of when they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome and farewell to all guests across day, evening, and night shifts.
• Ensure a smooth transition between shifts, maintaining operational continuity and flawless service standards.
• Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and room allocations with precision and efficiency.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and special concerns at all hours.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Maintenance, and F&B teams to guarantee room readiness and flawless service flow.
• Manage VIP arrivals, late check-ins, early departures, and special guest requirements.
• Ensure accurate handling of billing, night audit routines (when applicable), payments, and cash procedures.
• Maintain strict compliance with security, hotel policies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Act as a role model for service excellence and luxury hospitality standards across every operational shift.

Profile & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front Office / Receptionist in luxury hotels or boutique properties (experience in night audit/tournant roles is a strong plus).
• High adaptability and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, reservation systems (PMS), and guest services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive hands-on mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory); additional languages are highly valued.
• Professional appearance and demeanor fully aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
