Come join us! ⭐ Your mission will be… Accurate and timely execution of operational purchasing tasks (e.g. order processing & invoice clarification) based on the SCM global product catalogue for internal customers within their systems in line with company regulations and guidelines for specific customers; Provide operational SCM services to internal customers according to company regulations & guidelines within defined KPIs in highest quality and cost efficiency; Be able to communicate in daily business on a professional level in the language of customers (both writing and orally); Responsible for data completion in purchase requisition and purchase orders; Perform Tactical Sourcing and other additional administrative tasks related to the job; Investigate, suggest and work on improvements. We are looking for someone with… Mandatory: Proficiency in Polish - minimum C2 level (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers); English is required to communicate with Siemens delivery centers and others; Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or related fields (preferred qualification) Alternative: High school diploma + proven relevant experience 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar (preferred qualification) Knowledge of operative procurement / logistic / accounts payable will be a plus; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); SAP knowledge will be a plus; Excellent communication skills (both orally and writing); Service Attitude, Customer oriented - understanding customer needs and building trust. Negotiation skills – ability to reach win-win agreements with customers and internal teams. Results-oriented and deadline-driven; Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability; Adaptability to dynamic environments; collaborative spirit and a continuous learning attitude.
