To strengthen our executive team, Prologica is recruiting a Project Manager in the Healthcare area:

Main responsibilities:

• a. Work with the management and development teams, being responsible for meeting the milestones and deliverables agreed upon with partners and clients;
• b. Monitor the temporal and financial execution of these projects;
• c. Be responsible for reporting the implementation of these projects to financial entities;
• d. Serve as the contact point for project partners and clients.

Essential requirements:

• a. Degree in management, computer engineering, or a related field;
• b. 3 to 5 years of experience in managing project implementation;
• c. Proficiency in common tools for scope control, deadline adherence, and financial compliance of projects;
• d. Proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English;
• e. Autonomy and the ability to organize and plan;
• f. Excellent interpersonal skills;
• g. Knowledge of VBHC (valued but not required);
• h. Experience in the healthcare sector (valued but not required).

The work model will be hybrid.
