Production Supervisor

ROLE

• Supervise daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures in a food/supplement manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate production operators to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Plan production and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure materials are available for production.
• Report production performance and issues to the Production Manager.
• Support training and onboarding of new production staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Previous experience supervising teams (preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good Excel skills and comfortable with technology.
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail.
