What makes your job special

• Primary point of contact for our clients regarding strategic, functional, and methodological challenges
• Facilitating workshops with decision-makers, prioritizing functional and technical requirements in the product backlog, and overseeing the creation and implementation of user stories
• Developing high-value solutions as part of a team in accordance with our clients’ strategic roadmap – with the aim of translating digital and AI-driven approaches into practical, value-adding solutions for clients
• Developing strategic partnerships with banks and technology partners on digital transformation projects

What we want from you

• At least five years of professional experience as a Product Owner at a bank or in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of products and processes related to credits, securities, or payment transactions at banks and investment firms
• Extensive experience with agile environments and methodologies as well as the ability to effectively apply and further develop modern digital and AI-enabled solutions
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a proactive approach
• University degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable field
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level)
