Procurement Specialist

Greenvolt is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join its team. Responsible for sourcing and procuring equipment and solutions critical to energy operations, including solar panels and batteries, this role involves conducting market research, negotiating favourable terms, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of technical assets that support the energy business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate suppliers of equipment and solutions essential for energy operations, including solar panels, batteries, and related technologies.
• Issue purchase orders with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies and technical specifications.
• Negotiate favourable pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements to optimise costs and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align procurement timelines with project schedules and operational needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delivery, quality, or technical compliance.
