Analyst – Private Equity Origination

Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Arrow intends to select: Analyst – Private Equity Origination. The candidate will sit within the Origination Team, covering all platforms of the Arrow Group in Portugal – Whitestar, Norfin, Restart Capital and Details Hotel & Resorts. The Team leads the process of sourcing new investors and investment opportunities for the different platforms of the Group and is responsible for the analysis and development of new business lines, namely Private Credit and Alternative Investments. The team also acts as an internal think tank coordinating market research and intelligence gathering and oversees debt raising for investment projects or assets requiring leverage.

Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be deeply involved in the origination effort, analysing new opportunities, surveying potential sectors, producing market research, developing financial models and regularly attending both internal and external meetings, site visits and underwriting negotiations.

• Source, analyse and pitch opportunities and investment ideas;
• Design business plans and perform supporting financial modelling;
• Support the different platforms in the origination and business development function;
• Produce research reports for different market sectors;
• Provide support to senior members in the team;
• Create and present a wide array of deal memorandums and pitches.
