Principal Product Owner AI, Agentic Solutions and Orchestration

Join us to own PMI's in-house AI agentic orchestration solution. You'll bring together AI agents, enterprise knowledge and services to help employees complete meaningful tasks while balancing user value, quality, cost and responsible AI.

Impact You'll Own

• Shape the vision, roadmap and success measures for PMI's agentic orchestration solution.
• Create coherent journeys across AI agents, enterprise knowledge and services.
• Drive adoption, product quality and continuous improvement through evidence and user feedback.
• Improve task success, answer and action quality, reliability and business value.
• Guide product investments through business cases, cost forecasts and lifecycle decisions.

What You'll Do

• Lead user research and demand intake, prioritizing journeys by value, feasibility, risk and cost.
• Own a value-ranked backlog with epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define connected-agent onboarding, change, performance and retirement expectations.
• Align integrations and dependencies with agent, marketplace and low-code product owners.
• Define product acceptance using outcomes, user experience, AI evaluation and human oversight.
• Coordinate pilots, releases, support transitions, communications, training and adoption.
• Use telemetry, research and support insights to prioritize product-health improvements.

Skills and Capabilities

Must-haves

• 5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management or a similar technology role.
• Experience owning complex digital or AI products across discovery, delivery, adoption and lifecycle decisions.
• Strong Agile product leadership, user research, roadmap and backlog prioritization experience.
• Experience scaling AI or enterprise products through pilots, adoption and support transitions.
• Practical understanding of generative AI, agent orchestration, knowledge, workflows and services.
• Familiarity with grounding, RAG, prompts, APIs, integrations, identity and access.
• Understanding of AI limitations, evaluation, observability, human intervention and reliability.
• Cloud, data and software literacy, including security, privacy, auditability and responsible AI.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical judgment, user focus and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to explain technical choices clearly.
