Operations Manager (FinCrime)

What you'll be doing

• Building complex FinCrime systems from the ground up
• Eliminating manual friction with end-to-end automated solutions
• Driving infrastructure projects that work effectively in new and existing markets
• Taking full responsibility for project lifecycles, from insight to global execution
• Collaborating with the Engineering team to scale internal workflows

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Expertise in developing scalable processes
• A solid track record of leading complex, high-stakes projects end to end
• The ability to thrive in ambiguity and move with speed
• Fluency in English

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN14,200 - PLN15,800 gross monthly*
• Vilnius: €3,300 - €3,700 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN14,200 - PLN15,800 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: €3,300 - €3,700 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
