What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Functional O2C Consultant to support the deployment of an Order-to-Cash (O2C) core model for the North American region (United States and Canada). In this role, you will act as a functional partner to the Project Lead, ensuring local business requirements are properly gathered, documented, validated, and aligned with an established O2C template. You will serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, supporting testing activities, maintaining documentation, and facilitating the resolution and escalation of process-related issues.

• What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
• Gather and structure O2C business requirements from North American stakeholders across billing, credit, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Assess business requirements against the established O2C core model, identifying gaps and deviations for review and decision-making.
• Support and validate O2C testing cycles, ensuring test scenarios accurately reflect US and Canadian business processes.
• Act as the primary functional contact for business stakeholders, providing guidance and managing day-to-day O2C-related queries.
• Maintain process documentation, functional specifications, and training materials aligned with the global template.

• Escalate unresolved issues with the necessary business context to support timely decision-making.

• Your Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, billing, credit management, collections, and cash application.
• Working knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), including sales orders, pricing, billing, and delivery processes.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into structured functional documentation.
• Familiarity with North American business practices related to billing, tax determination, and revenue recognition.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and operating within global, cross-functional project environments.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different time zones.

• Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working with SAP-based Order-to-Cash processes.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations, ideally within multi-country or greenfield transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with sound judgment regarding issue escalation.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within established governance and decision-making frameworks.
• Adaptability to changing priorities in complex project environments.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
