.NET Backend Software Engineer

Envidan is a Danish consulting engineering company (HQ in Silkeborg, Denmark) specializing in the full water cycle — wastewater, water supply, biogas, climate adaptation, drainage and nature restoration — for utilities, municipalities and industrial clients. In addition to consulting, they deliver turnkey plant construction and develop proprietary software for utilities (EnviDrift, EnviTrix, EnviTronic, Gidas, Rehab-IT). They reinvest 20% of profits into R&D annually. • Responsibilities

• Development of software solutions for the water and environmental sector • Collaboration with engineers and other experts to integrate water expertise into software solutions • Participation in the entire development process from design to implementation and maintenance • Continuous updating and improvement of existing systems • Contribution to the development of new concepts and products within sustainability and digitalization

• Experience requirements

• Must Have: • Have experience with C# • Experience with .NET • Experience with document databases e.g. MongoDB Good to Have: • Have knowledge of or interest in the water and environmental sector • Experience with Flutter would be advantageous

Education BSc. in Software Engineering or another relevant education in software development

Travel Traveling to Silkeborg - Denmark must be expected (approx.. 4-6 times a year)
