Main Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and industrial machinery; Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; Ensure equipment availability and reliability to support production targets. Participate in the installation, adjustment, and commissioning of new equipment; Maintain maintenance records and intervention reports; Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Profile

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Technician who: Has a technical background in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electricity, Automation, or a related field; Brings experience from an industrial manufacturing environment; Can confidently interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and maintenance documentation; Enjoys diagnosing problems and finding effective solutions; Works well both autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams; Is adaptable and willing to work shifts when necessary.
