Main Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Engineer (M/F/D), you will ensure the reliability and availability of industrial equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. You will troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements to enhance safety, productivity and equipment performance. You will also be responsible for the maintenance documentation (preventive and corrective) for all equipment in the building.
Profile
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Maintenance Engineer with: A degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field; A minimum of 6 to 10 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the automotive sector or in series production; Solid knowledge of standards and frameworks (example: IATF 16949, DL50); Experience creating and updating technical maintenance documentation: preventive maintenance plans, procedures and work instructions, maintenance task lists, technical data sheets and equipment history records; Familiarity with machinery safety legislation: Machinery Directive, CE marking and equipment conformity assessment; Experience with internal, customer and certification audits, including follow-up of corrective actions; Practical experience in risk and failure analysis (FMEA, 5 Whys, 8D) and formal documentation of results; An analytical, solution-oriented mindset, with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
