IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

RH The IT Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding professionals for our team and our clients, contributing to the company's growth by identifying and developing talent in the technology sector.

Requirements

• Academic background in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in the IT sector;
• Knowledge and experience in managing key talent sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, among others);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills;
• Critical thinking, organisational skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset;
• Ability to identify opportunities and build strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract talent through various recruitment channels (digital platforms, social media, job fairs, among others);
• Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, from defining job profiles to presenting final offers;
• Participate in job fairs and bootcamps;
• Screen CVs and conduct competency-based interviews, ensuring alignment with the needs of the company and its key clients;
• Keep the internal candidate database up to date with profiles from different areas of expertise;
• Proactively identify opportunities to match and place candidates according to current or potential needs of the company and its clients, working closely with the Sales team;
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes;
• Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a positive experience from their first day;
• Assist the HR Manager with Human Resources activities and projects;
• Perform other duties related to the role.
